IEH Corporation Reports Quarterly Loss Amid Rising Costs

IEH Corporation has filed its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ending September 30, 2025. The report highlights a 3.6% decrease in revenue compared to the same quarter last fiscal year. The company reported a $104,380 operating loss, down from a gain of $173,196 the previous year. A net loss of $26,861 was recorded, contrasted with a net gain of $246,443 a year ago.

Despite these pressures, IEH's backlog reached a near five-year high with over $7 million in new orders for missile defense programs. President and CEO Dave Offerman noted the challenges posed by rising gold costs and tariffs but remains optimistic. He highlighted opportunities in military and commercial aerospace markets, particularly linked to Boeing 737Max production.

IEH is pursuing acquisitions to diversify and expand its market offerings while continuing to grow in defense and commercial aerospace sectors. The company anticipates ongoing growth as global defense spending increases.
