IFabric Corp Reports Growth in 2025 and Raises Q1 2026 Outlook
iFabric Corp announced record revenues of $32.9 million for the year ending December 31, 2025, marking a 20% increase compared to 2024. The Intelligent Fabrics Division led this growth with a 33% revenue surge, attributed to the expansion of medical apparel and other category initiatives.
The company also raised its revenue forecast for the first quarter of 2026 to $25-$27 million, from an earlier estimate of $20-$25 million. This adjustment reflects successful initiatives and strong performance in the Intelligent Fabrics Division.
However, gross profit margin decreased to 32% from 41% in 2024, primarily due to tariffs on China-manufactured goods imported into the U.S. iFabric plans to mitigate future tariff exposure by diversifying its supply base.
Despite these challenges, iFabric remains optimistic about 2026, expecting improved margins and scalability from strategic decisions made in 2025.
