Ikonisys postpones the publication of its annual financial report again

Ikonisys SA, a recognized player in early cancer diagnosis, announces a further postponement of the publication of its 2024 annual financial report. Initially scheduled for May 31, 2025, the date has been pushed back to June 30, 2025. This decision results from technical delays linked to the first consolidation of the Ikonisys Group with Hospitex, in particular due to the process of allocating the purchase price of Hospitex's assets, which is more complex than expected.

Additionally, the company's resources were focused on strategic discussions regarding business development projects, contributing to this discrepancy. Ikonisys is committed to finalizing the report in coordination with its auditors to ensure accuracy and transparency.
