Half-Yearly Report of the IMERYS Liquidity Contract as of June 30, 2025
On July 21, 2025, IMERYS published the half-yearly balance sheet of its liquidity contract with BNP Paribas, closed as of June 30, 2025. The liquidity account then showed 108,271 shares and €1,598,326. During the first half, 2,771 purchase transactions and 2,643 sales were carried out. This represented the purchase of 294,938 shares for €8,532,329 and the sale of 305,171 shares for €8,967,920.
As of the contract implementation date, April 12, 2021, the liquidity account held 0 securities and €5,000,000. IMERYS, a leader in mineral specialties, generated revenue of €3.6 billion in 2024 and employs 12,400 people in 40 countries.
