Implenia wins construction contracts worth more than CHF 400 million

Implenia, Switzerland's leading construction services company, has won major contracts, aligning with its real estate specialization strategy. The total order volume exceeds CHF 400 million. Among the projects, the construction of a medical research center for the University of Bern stands out. This building will bring together several medical institutes on the Inselspital site and will include laboratories and meeting rooms.

Implenia has also been awarded the construction of a new residential complex in Oetwil am See. The project, commissioned by the Seraina Investment Foundation, will comprise 90 residential units and will meet the Minergie standard, with BIM planning.

In addition, various site modernisation and development projects, as well as the construction of new school buildings in Switzerland and Germany, are also planned.
