Inauguration of the Jade building by the Eiffel Tower Society

The Société de la Tour Eiffel announces the opening of the JADE building at Parc du Golf in Aix-en-Provence. Comprising a total surface area of 4,195 m² with terraces, this building is already fully leased. It reflects the company's goal of combining modernity and respect for the environment.

JADE offers 3,860 m² of modular office space designed for collaborative work. The buildings are connected by a footbridge. The site is BREEAM Excellent certified and promotes energy efficiency thanks to its photovoltaic panels and electric vehicle infrastructure.
