INDUS Holding's 2025 Performance Amid Challenging Market Conditions
INDUS Holding AG reported robust preliminary results for 2025, aligned with expectations despite challenging market conditions. The Group achieved a revenue of EUR 1.74 billion, slightly up from the previous year's EUR 1.72 billion. Adjusted EBITA stood at EUR 147.8 million, with a margin of 8.5%, reflecting the company's resilience. Notably, free cash flow exceeded the target, reaching significantly above EUR 90 million.
Strategically, INDUS expanded its Engineering segment through key acquisitions, including HBS and its US subsidiary SUNBELT, and METFAB. These moves enhanced the Group's international foothold and engineering capabilities. The Infrastructure segment showed revenue growth, with key acquisitions broadening product ranges and boosting presence in Europe.
The Materials Solutions segment faced headwinds from US tariffs and rising material prices but managed to boost income in the latter half of the year through strategic measures. Looking ahead, INDUS is optimistic about leveraging its growth strategy—centering on acquisitions, internationalization, and engineering excellence—to seize opportunities in 2026.
