INEA: Resilience and Arbitrage Strategy in Q1 2026
INEA, a regional commercial real estate player, reports a 1.9% increase in rental income on a like-for-like basis in the first quarter of 2026. However, its overall revenue reached €20.2 million, marking a 3.2% decrease compared to the previous year. This decline is primarily attributed to disposals completed in 2025 and a slowdown in leasing activity.
As part of its asset disposal strategy launched in 2025, INEA is continuing to sell non-strategic assets. A 3,290 m² building in Wittelsheim was sold for €2.2 million. In addition, preliminary sales agreements totaling €4.6 million were signed for properties in Reims and Lille.
