Infield Minerals Pursues Acquisition of Utah Gold Property

Infield Minerals Corp. has entered a letter of intent to acquire 100% of the Detroit sediment-hosted gold property in Utah. This non-binding agreement aims to expand Infield's footprint in the region with a promising site for gold discovery. The Mizpah mineralized zone, part of the Detroit property, shows potential through historical drilling results, including highlights such as 2.14 g/t gold over 10.7 m, suggesting a rich mineral environment.

The property, covering approximately 5,115 acres, benefits from accessible roads and existing infrastructure. Situated near past-producing mines, it offers evident logistical advantages. Infield plans to use existing data and a new approach to exploration, targeting additional discoveries.

Potential future payments involve milestones related to gold discoveries and production levels. A detailed agreement is pending, specifying terms including cash payments partly payable in company shares.
