Infiterra Enhances Subscription Commerce for MSPs and IT Distributors

Infiterra, a subscription commerce platform, announced updates to benefit Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT distributors. MSPs can now purchase subscriptions from multiple distributors with a unified billing system, while IT distributors benefit from an AI-assisted vendor onboarding studio. This development aims to streamline purchasing and vendor integration processes, addressing the complexity of managing multiple distributor portals for MSPs and simplifying technical investments for distributors.

Integrations with Pax8 and TD SYNNEX are underway, complementing the existing Ingram Micro partnership. This enhances the overall purchasing experience for MSPs, allowing them to expand vendor portfolios with ease. For IT distributors, the AI-assisted onboarding studio is designed to evaluate and efficiently integrate new vendors through Infiterra’s Ladder Integration Framework.
