Analysis of Infotel's Own Share Transactions
From December 8 to 12, 2025, Infotel carried out share purchases as part of its share buyback program. The company, listed on Euronext Paris, announced five separate transactions.
The purchases were distributed as follows: 677 shares at €41.784 on December 8, 678 shares at €42.7597 on December 9, 682 shares at €42.7760 on December 10, 440 shares at €42.4682 on December 11, and 766 shares at €43.9995 on December 12. All these transactions were carried out on the XPAR market.
These movements aim to strengthen the value of the securities and demonstrate Infotel's continued commitment to the active management of its capital.
