Infotel: Declaration of Transactions in Own Shares
Infotel has communicated on the transactions carried out from December 16 to 20, 2024 as part of its share buyback program. The transactions were carried out daily on the Parisian XPAR market. Each day, Infotel acquired shares at an average weighted price of around 40.30 euros.
On December 16, 113 shares were purchased. The next day, the volume increased considerably with 674 shares. On December 18 and 19, Infotel acquired 210 and 224 shares respectively. Finally, on December 20, the largest operation took place with 881 shares purchased.
