Infotel has announced the transactions carried out under its share buyback program for the period from October 19 to 23, 2026. These transactions were carried out on the Euronext Paris market, under the ISIN code FR0000071797.
The volume of shares repurchased varied daily, with a total of 1,239 shares on October 19 at an average price of €38.4375, and 1,366 shares on October 22 at an average price of €40.0949. Prices fluctuated between €38.4375 and €40.0949 per share over the week. A total of 6,426 shares were repurchased.
These operations are part of Infotel's policy to support the liquidity of its securities and to optimize its capital structure.
