Infotel: Report on Transactions on Own Shares
Infotel has issued a statement regarding its share transactions from June 2 to 6, 2025, as part of its share buyback program. During this period, the company traded on the Euronext Paris market under ISIN code FR0000071797.
The total volume of shares repurchased each day varied, with a total of 1,261 shares purchased on June 2 at a weighted average price of €41.0621. On June 3, 1,299 shares were repurchased at €40.7333, while on June 4 and 5, the volumes were 863 and 895, respectively, with average prices of €39.6552 and €39.1791. Finally, on June 6, Infotel repurchased 931 shares at €40.4650.
