Infotel: Transactions on own shares from December 30, 2024 to January 3, 2025
Infotel announced the completion of transactions on its own shares as part of its share buyback program. The transactions took place between December 30, 2024 and January 3, 2025. Each day, the number of shares and the average acquisition price varied.
On December 30, Infotel acquired 881 shares at an average price of 42.5488 euros. The following day, December 31, 281 shares were purchased for an average of 43.2000 euros. On January 2, 2025, the company repurchased 619 shares at an average price of 43.0616 euros. Finally, on January 3, 566 shares were acquired at an average price of 44.2057 euros.
