Infracore SA posted solid performance in the first half of 2026
Infracore SA, a major player in healthcare infrastructure in Switzerland, posted positive results for the first half of 2026. Rental income rose by 5.3% to CHF 35.9 million, driven by the acquisition of several facilities and increased leases. EBITDA increased by 3.6% to CHF 32.4 million, reflecting a margin of 90.4%.
Following the IPO and the acquisition of See-Spital Horgen, the portfolio value stands at CHF 1.53 billion. Projections for the full year 2026 anticipate rental income of CHF 74 million and a distribution per share of between CHF 2.95 and CHF 3.05.
Despite these encouraging figures, Infracore remains on a cautious path and continues to seek long-term development opportunities through its sale-and-leaseback model. The balance sheet as of July 31, 2026, shows a net asset value (NAV) of CHF 987.9 million following the IPO, which contributed to reducing the net loan-to-value (LTV) ratio to 34.1%.
