Infracore SA partially exercises its over-allotment option

Infracore SA, a Swiss company specializing in hospital infrastructure, has partially exercised its over-allotment option during its initial public offering. The global coordinators acquired an additional 203,936 shares, representing approximately 48% of the total option, at a price of CHF 54.00 per share.

This transaction brings the total number of shares sold to 4,413,139, for a total of CHF 238.3 million. The company, in conjunction with MPT and AEVIS VICTORIA SA, has agreed to a 180-day lock-up period. The free float now represents 28.8% of the share capital.

Citi and Zürcher Kantonalbank coordinated the IPO. Baader Bank, Swiss Finance & Property AG, and Octavian also participated. Stabilization details will be available on Infracore's website.
