InTiCa Systems Revises 2025 Financial Forecast

InTiCa Systems SE has adjusted its financial forecast for 2025, predicting lower-than-expected sales and EBIT due to challenging market conditions. Provisional nine-month figures indicate that Group sales will likely hit the lower end of the EUR 66 to 72 million range, aligning with decreased expectations. EBIT is now projected between minus EUR 1.5 million and minus EUR 2.5 million, a decline from initial forecasts.

The revision follows weaker-than-anticipated business performance exacerbated by ongoing negative market trends. At the end of nine months, sales were EUR 50.6 million, down from EUR 55.4 million the previous year, with EBIT at minus EUR 2.1 million compared to minus EUR 0.4 million in 2024. Orders on hand have dropped to EUR 74.2 million from EUR 86 million, showing minimal signs of immediate recovery.
