Intrasense Extends Loan Agreements and Secures New Funding

Intrasense, a French company specializing in AI-enhanced medical imaging solutions, announced the deferment of its repayment obligations on existing loans from Guerbet. The company has adjusted the repayment dates for two shareholder current account advances. An advance dated October 1, 2024, amounting to €2.4 million, and an advance dated February 7, 2025, totaling €5.6 million, will now be repaid by June 30, 2027, instead of the original date of June 30, 2026.

Additionally, Intrasense has secured a new loan of €2 million, which will provide funding until December 31, 2026. The repayment for this new advance is also scheduled for June 30, 2027. These financial maneuvers aim to support the company's liquidity and operational capabilities.

The December 16, 2025, advance of €4 million remains unchanged, with its repayment date also set for June 30, 2027.
