Crossing of thresholds by Samsara BioCapital in INVENTIVA
On May 7, 2025, Samsara BioCapital GP LLC crossed the threshold of 5% of the share capital and voting rights of INVENTIVA. The company now holds 8,628,148 shares, representing 6.20% of the share capital and 5.67% of the voting rights. This change results from a subscription to a capital increase of INVENTIVA.
In addition, Samsara BioCapital holds 6,637,037 warrants exercisable until July 30, 2027, allowing the acquisition of 5,973,333 new shares at a unit price of €1.50. It also holds 4,645,925 pre-financed warrants for the subscription of new shares at a unit price of €0.01.
