Sofinnova Partners crosses threshold in INVENTIVA

On November 17, 2025, Sofinnova Partners notified the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) that it had crossed below the 5% threshold of INVENTIVA's share capital. This change was recorded on November 18, 2025. Sofinnova, acting on behalf of the Sofinnova Crossover I SLP fund, now holds 8,433,227 INVENTIVA shares, representing 4.41% of the share capital and 5.22% of the voting rights. This situation resulted from an increase in the total number of INVENTIVA shares, detailed in a press release dated November 13, 2025.

In addition, Sofinnova also holds 1,681,481 warrants to subscribe for new shares (BSA), exercisable until July 2027, and allowing the subscription of 1,513,332 new shares of INVENTIVA at a price of €1.50 per share.
