Sofinnova's threshold crossing in INVENTIVA
On June 5, 2026, Sofinnova Partners announced that it had fallen below the 5% threshold of voting rights in INVENTIVA. The Sofinnova Crossover I SLP fund, managed by Sofinnova Partners, now holds 8,433,227 shares, representing 3.57% of the share capital and 4.92% of the voting rights of INVENTIVA.
This change results from an increase in the total number of shares and voting rights of INVENTIVA. In addition to these, Sofinnova holds 1,681,481 warrants to subscribe for new shares, which can be exercised until July 30, 2027 to subscribe for 1,513,332 new shares at a unit price of €1.50.
