BlackRock Inc. reduces its stake in IPSEN SA
On July 6, 2026, BlackRock Inc. announced that it had reduced its stake in IPSEN SA below 5%. BlackRock now holds 4,148,190 shares, representing 4.95% of the share capital and 3.14% of the voting rights. This reduction resulted from the sale of shares off-market and a decrease in shares held as collateral.
The New York-based investment manager acts on behalf of clients and has discretionary power over the voting rights of the securities, unless otherwise instructed by the clients. The declaration was received by mail on July 7 and does not require verification by the AMF.
