Change in Major Shareholding of Irish Residential Properties REIT

Irish Residential Properties REIT plc (IRES) has announced a change in its major shareholding. On May 8, 2025, the threshold of 6% voting rights was crossed by Ameriprise Financial, Inc. This notification was communicated to IRES on May 12, 2025. Ameriprise Financial now holds 6.050% of the voting rights, up from the previous 5.444%.

The acquisition of voting rights has been facilitated through Harewood Nominees Limited, based in Minneapolis, USA. The total number of voting rights held is now 31,727,086 out of a total of 524,442,218.

There are no acquisitions or disposals of financial instruments, and the structure of Ameriprise's holdings includes a chain of controlled undertakings such as Columbia Management Investment Advisers, LLC, and Columbia Threadneedle Investments UK International Limited.
