FMR LLC ajuste sa participation dans Irish Residential Properties REIT
Le 6 juillet 2026, Irish Residential Properties REIT Plc a annoncé une modification de son actionnariat principal. FMR LLC, basée à Wilmington (États-Unis), a fait état d'un ajustement de ses droits de vote liés à la société. Ce changement fait suite à une acquisition ou une cession de droits de vote, le seuil ayant été franchi le 2 juillet 2026.
La participation de FMR LLC, qui représentait auparavant 9,1964 % des droits de vote, a diminué à 8,9026 %, soit 46 688 881 droits de vote sur un total de 524 442 218 pour l'émetteur. Il est à noter qu'aucun droit de vote n'est détenu par le biais d'instruments financiers.
Le rapport souligne la nature contrôlée de FMR LLC, détaillant sa relation avec FIAM Holdings LLC, FIAM LLC et Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC, cette dernière détenant 4,2360 % des actions.
