Issuance of Amundi Physical Gold ETC Securities
Amundi Physical Metals plc has announced the issuance of 300,000 ETC Securities under the Amundi Physical Gold ETC, marking Tranche 643 of the series. The issuance is part of its Secured Precious Metal Linked ETC Securities Programme. These final terms adhere to the conditions outlined in the base prospectus updated on May 3, 2024, along with the supplement from July 26, 2024.
The new tranche brings the aggregate number of ETC Securities in the series to over 53 million. The initial metal entitlement is 0.04 fine troy ounces, with a date set for January 13, 2025. These securities mature on May 23, 2118. Regulatory approval was secured in April 2019.
The ETC Securities have gained admission to major stock exchanges such as Euronext Paris, the London Stock Exchange, and the Deutsche Börse. The total estimated net proceeds from the issue are around USD 31.8 million, with listing expenses estimated at €3,000. The Total Expense Ratio is 0.12% per annum.
