Issuance of Shares by Crédit Agricole d'Ile-de-France
Crédit Agricole d'Ile-de-France announces the availability of the prospectus concerning the issuance of shares planned for 2026. These shares, issued by the local banks, aim to broaden the membership and guarantee the sustainability of the share capital.
The shares, with a nominal value of €1.53, allow participation in cooperative decisions according to the principle of "one person, one vote". They offer annual interest approved by the General Assembly.
The issuance limit is set at €15 million per year. Subscriptions, open to individuals and legal entities affiliated with the bank, will begin on July 3, 2026 and end on July 2, 2027.
