SIGEP 2026: Expanding Horizons in Foodservice Innovation

The SIGEP World Expo, organized by the Italian Exhibition Group, is returning to Rimini Expo Centre from January 16th to 20th, 2026. This year, the event promises a significant expansion, with a 28% increase in international exhibitors from 45 countries.

Showcasing 1,300 brands, SIGEP World highlights the best of Made in Italy and beyond, integrating traditional supply chains with cutting-edge technologies. Notable international participants include countries such as Germany, Spain, the United States, and new entrants like Canada and Singapore. This global participation underscores the event's role in shaping foodservice trends and strategies.

Three new innovation hubs will debut this year. The Kitchen Equipment Hub will focus on novel food production technologies. The Frozen Product Hub will highlight advancements in frozen foods. Meanwhile, the Digital District will showcase innovations in digital services, impacting kitchen and dining operations.
