IVU Traffic Technologies AG Posts 56% EBIT Growth in 9M 2026

Berlin-based IVU Traffic Technologies AG has announced notable financial results for the first nine months of 2026. The company's revenue rose by 9.6%, reaching €111.5 million, with operating profit (EBIT) surging by 56.5% to €10.2 million compared to the previous year. This growth is largely driven by an increase in recurring revenue from hosting and maintenance contracts, which now make up 51.8% of total revenue.

The company's gross profit increased by 10.5% to €91.9 million. Improvements in efficiency have significantly contributed to this performance, as reflected in the improved EBIT-to-gross-profit ratio, now at 11.1%.

Operating cash flow rose by 25.3% to €21.3 million, and the equity ratio stands strong at 48.5%. The Executive Board maintains its forecast for 2026, expecting group revenue to surpass €160 million and operating profit to reach approximately €22 million.
