La Famille Konckier Acquiert Stadtparfümerie Pieper en Allemagne
La famille Konckier, principal actionnaire de BOGART, a signé un accord pour l'acquisition de 100% du capital de Stadtparfümerie Pieper, entreprise allemande historique dans la distribution sélective de parfums. Fondée en 1931, Stadtparfümerie Pieper exploite un réseau de 110 magasins et est membre du groupement Beauty Alliance.
L'acquisition fait partie d'un processus de restructuration sous administration autonome. Elle nécessite encore l'approbation des conditions suspensives et réglementaires habituelles. Si l'opération se concrétise, elle positionnerait Parfümerie Pieper comme un partenaire stratégique pour BOGART Fragrances & Cosmetics.
BOGART informera le marché de l'avancement de l'opération dans les semaines à venir.
