JCDecaux: Declaration of transaction on own shares
On January 19, 2026, JCDecaux notified the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) of its share transactions between January 13 and 15. Details are available to the public, in accordance with regulations, on their website.
In 2024, JCDecaux recorded revenues of €3,935.3 million, with €1,868.3 million for the first half of 2025. The company, a world leader in outdoor advertising, reaches a daily audience of 850 million people across more than 80 countries.
JCDecaux is listed on Euronext Paris and is included in the SBF 120 and CAC Mid 60 indices. The company is also engaged in internationally recognized sustainable development initiatives, including the RE100 and several rankings such as CDP and EcoVadis.
