Julius Meinl Living Sells EUR 7.6 Million in Notes

Julius Meinl Living has announced the completion of the sale of EUR 7.6 million in 2024/2029 notes. JML Finance (Luxembourg) S.à r.l. issued an additional EUR 7,501,000 of these notes under its EUR 300 million EMTN program, taking the total issuance to EUR 40 million. The notes, identical to those previously issued, feature a 7.0% annual coupon, paid semi-annually, and mature in July 2029 at 120% of the principal.

The new notes were sold at a price of 105, providing a yield to maturity of 11.0% on June 15, 2026. Additionally, funds from these notes, alongside EUR 21.8 million raised and EUR 21.1 million invested in C-Shares by The Julius Fund, will aid the Group's property developments.
