Kalray Announces its Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares
Kalray, a company specializing in intelligent processors, published on March 4, 2026, the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital, in accordance with Article L 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code. As of February 27, 2026, the company had a total of 15,412,938 shares and a theoretical number of voting rights of 15,412,938. In practice, the total number of exercisable voting rights is 15,400,398, due to 12,540 treasury shares.
Kalray has not implemented any threshold crossing clauses beyond legal requirements. Founded in 2008, the company is a pioneer in the semiconductor field, notably thanks to its patented "manycore" technology. This innovative technology enables applications using large volumes of data to be more efficient and energy-saving, addressing various growth sectors.
