Kalray Announces the Total Number of Voting Rights and Shares
On September 3, 2026, Kalray, a smart processor company listed on Euronext Growth Paris (ALKAL), disclosed its total number of voting rights and shares. As of August 31, 2026, the company held 18,461,204 shares, representing a theoretical total of 18,461,204 voting rights. The actual number of voting rights, after deducting treasury shares, amounts to 18,446,175.
