Kalray's Half-Year Liquidity Contract Review
On July 6, 2026, Kalray published its half-year report relating to the liquidity contract entered into with Portzamparc - Groupe BNP Paribas. As of June 30, 2026, the liquidity account held 12,922 shares and a cash balance of €66,614.80. During the first half of the year, 303,994 shares were purchased for a total of €1,644,243.60, and 315,487 shares were sold for €1,672,513.14. By comparison, the balance sheet as of December 31, 2025, showed 24,415 shares and €38,345.26 in cash.
At the time the contract was established, no securities were held, and €250,000.00 was available. This demonstrates a significant variation in the company's liquidity capacity over the period.
