KAP AG Adjusts Financial Guidance for 2026

KAP AG has revised its financial guidance for the 2026 financial year, announcing a revenue projection adjustment. The updated forecast anticipates revenue between EUR 220.0 million and EUR 240.0 million, compared to the previous estimate ranging from EUR 230.0 million to EUR 250.0 million. Normalised EBITDA expectations have also been adjusted to a range of EUR 14.5 million to EUR 17.5 million, down from the earlier forecast of EUR 19.0 million to EUR 23.0 million.

The revisions stem mainly from adverse currency effects due to the significant appreciation of the Israeli shekel and Hungarian forint against the euro. Furthermore, a major client within the surface technologies segment has withdrawn expected call-offs at the Heiche US site, leading to reduced revenue expectations and underutilized capacity. This development impacts the earnings performance of the segment.
