Ralph Rumberg Appointed CTO of KAP AG to Drive Transformation

KAP AG has appointed Ralph Rumberg as Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) to join its Management Board for a year. Rumberg, with a background in mechanical engineering, brings extensive experience from previous roles in companies like BMW Motorsport and GESCO SE.

Christian Schmitz, Chairman of KAP’s Supervisory Board, expressed confidence in Rumberg's ability to invigorate the company.
