Katjes Greenfood Announces Early Bond Repayment

Katjes Greenfood GmbH & Co. KG, part of the Katjes Group specializing in 'Better-for-You' food investments, has announced the early repayment of its 2022/2027 bond on November 30, 2026. This decision follows the successful placement of a new 2026/2031 bond. The early redemption involves all outstanding bonds not exchanged during the recent bond exchange offer.

The bonds will be redeemed at 101.00% of their nominal value, plus accrued interest until the redemption date. Additionally, claims under the 5.00% 2021/2026 crowdfunding loan, not exchanged, will be settled on December 31, 2026, per the original terms.
