Kaufman & Broad Announces New Share Repurchase Program for 2026
Kaufman & Broad SA has outlined its share repurchase program for 2026, effective May 5th. The announcement follows a year of operations under the previous plan, detailing treasury share management. Currently, the company holds 244,120 shares, valued at approximately €6.62 million. The program seeks shareholder approval to acquire up to 10% of the share capital, totaling 1,986,202 shares, at a maximum price of €50 per share. This permits the potential repurchase of 1,742,082 shares.
The primary goal is to stimulate market activity and liquidity through a structured liquidity agreement. Additional aims include acquiring shares for employee stock plans and potential acquisitions. The program is set to run for 18 months, concluding November 5, 2027.
