Kaufman & Broad: Results for the first quarter of 2026
Kaufman & Broad reports mixed results for the first quarter of 2026. Although the new housing market contracted by 22%, the company saw its reservations increase by 1.9% in volume. Total reservations reached €230.7 million, while the value decreased by 8.5% compared to the previous year.
Total revenue was €235.8 million, down from €250.1 million in 2025. The Housing segment accounted for €176.7 million, a decrease of 14.1%. Gross profit amounted to €50 million, with an improved gross margin rate of 21.2%.
Net cash remains strong at €310.8 million. The group is maintaining its guidance for the fiscal year, despite geopolitical tensions. A dividend of €2.20 per share is proposed for 2025.
