Kaufman & Broad's 2025 Annual Results: In line with forecasts and stable outlook
Kaufman & Broad SA has published its results for the 2025 financial year, with figures in line with expectations. Revenue amounted to €1,136 million, of which €870.9 million came from the Housing sector, although this sector saw a slight decline of 4.1%. Current operating profit reached an 8% growth rate, resulting in net income of €54.2 million.
The group highlights a solid financial structure with net cash of €319.1 million. Total reservations amount to €1,332.2 million (including VAT), dominated by the residential sector. Reservations from first-time and repeat buyers have notably increased.
Kaufman & Broad also notes continued ambition in commercial real estate, while signaling the eventual completion of the Austerlitz project.
For 2026, the group anticipates stable activity with a genuine maintenance of the operating margin rate at 8%.
