Kaufman & Broad SA announced its financial results for the first nine months of 2026, maintaining its outlook for the entire year. The group's housing backlog represents two years of activity and is supported by a solid financial structure with a net cash position of €261.9 million. Orders increased by 0.3% year-over-year, while sale volumes totaled €745.8 million for 3,771 units. The revenue reached €730.8 million, with the housing segment accounting for €550.2 million.

The group's gross margin improved to €151.8 million, representing a margin of 20.8%. Operating income stood at €58.2 million, leading to an EBIT margin of 8.0%. Attributable net income was €33.6 million. The company’s cash position remains robust, despite a slight decrease compared to the previous year, largely due to investments in the Austerlitz project, set for 2027 delivery.

Kaufman & Broad anticipates market challenges leading up to the presidential election but remains confident in a post-election recovery by 2028. The group plans to launch 38 new programs in Q4 and remains committed to preserving its margins and cash position.
