Kaufman & Broad SA presents its financial results for 2026

Kaufman & Broad SA has published its financial results for the first nine months of 2026. The housing backlog represents two years of activity. Net cash remains positive at €261.9 million. Revenue amounted to €730.8 million, with a gross margin of €151.8 million. Despite an 8.2% decline in housing sales, the company maintained an EBIT margin of 8%. The market continues to slow, but signs of recovery are expected after the 2028 elections. Kaufman & Broad's financial structure remains robust, supported by a land portfolio of more than 32,000 units.
