Changes to Kering's Board of Directors
Kering announces changes to the composition of its Board of Directors. At the Annual General Meeting on May 28, 2026, the appointment of two independent directors, Marie-Hélène Chenut and Laurent Kleitman, will be proposed. Chenut, formerly with Chanel, and Kleitman, CEO of the Mandarin Oriental Group, will bring their respective expertise to the group.
Jean-Pierre Denis, a director since 2008, will step down after the meeting. His commitment, particularly to sustainable development, was praised by François-Henri Pinault, Chairman of the Board. These changes will bring the number of directors to 13, with an independence rate of 64% and female representation of 45%.
