Crossing of threshold at KERING by Parvus Asset Management
Parvus Asset Management recently crossed a shareholding threshold in KERING. According to a press release received on June 27, 2025, the Jersey-based company announced that it had exceeded the 5% threshold in KERING's capital on June 23, 2025. Parvus now holds 6,175,957 shares, representing 5.004% of the capital and 3.50% of the voting rights in KERING.
This overshoot is the result of an on-market acquisition. Parvus specifies that these shares include equity swap contracts exercisable at various maturities up to January 2027. The maneuver impacts approximately 2,643,473 KERING shares.
Crossing the threshold is a key step for Parvus, controlled by Mr. Edoardo Mercadante, strengthening its presence in the capital of KERING.
