Kering: Share and voting rights update in October 2026

On October 16, 2026, Kering published its monthly figures relating to its share capital and voting rights. This communication is in accordance with the obligations imposed by Articles L. 233-8 of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of October 15, 2026, Kering had 123,420,778 shares comprising its share capital. The total number of theoretical voting rights reached 176,815,752. These rights include all shares, even those temporarily deprived of voting rights, such as treasury shares. After deducting these shares, the exercisable voting rights amounted to 176,046,302.
