Keyrus: 2026 Half-Year Results Show Slight Decline
Keyrus has published its results for the first half of 2026, with stable revenue of €170.2 million, marking a 0.1% organic decline compared to 2025, while posting growth of 5.4% at constant exchange rates. Current operating income reached €4.7 million, consolidating the performance of the Large Accounts and Mid-Market segments.
The acquisitions of Vuealta and Netpartners Systemas boosted EPM activities, posting 32.3% growth as reported, primarily in North America. However, overall operating income decreased to €2.6 million, compared to €14.7 million in 2025, impacted by the absence of exceptional capital gains in the previous year.
The sharp decline in net profit to €0.4 million nevertheless reflects an improvement compared to a restated negative result in 2025. Moreover, Keyrus maintains a solid financial health, with net cash of €35.2 million and controlled net debt of €47.2 million.
