KION Group Adjusts Free Cash Flow Outlook for 2025

KION GROUP AG has revised its free cash flow outlook for 2025. This change is primarily due to decreased expectations in one-time expenses tied to their efficiency program. Originally estimated at EUR 240 to 260 million, these expenses are now forecasted between EUR 170 to 190 million. Furthermore, a significant portion of these expenses will only affect cash flow in the first quarter of 2026.

In light of these adjustments, the company has raised its free cash flow projection for 2025 to EUR 600 to 700 million, up from a previous estimate of EUR 400 to 550 million. Despite these changes, the expected cost savings from the efficiency initiative will remain stable at approximately EUR 140 to 150 million annually.

Full third-quarter results for 2025 will be released on 30 October 2025, providing additional insights into the company's financial performance.
