KION Group Reports Revenue and Profit Growth Despite Mixed Segment Performance

KION GROUP AG reported a revenue increase of 3.9% to €8.522 billion for the first nine months of 2026, driven by the Intelligent Automation Solutions (IAS) segment. However, overall order intake decreased to €8.445 billion. While revenue in the IAS segment rose by 16.9% to €2.519 billion, the Industrial Trucks & Services (ITS) segment experienced a decrease, with revenue slightly down to €6.034 billion. Despite higher shipments, changes in product mix and regional focus impacted ITS's performance.

Adjusted EBIT for the Group rose by 9.9% to €632.5 million, with a margin improvement to 7.4%. However, free cash flow decreased significantly to €121.1 million due to increased M&A and efficiency program expenses. With a revised outlook, KION predicts medium-term financial targets can only be achieved after 2027.
