KION Group Revises 2025 Cash Flow Projections Amid Reduced Efficiency Expenses

KION GROUP AG has adjusted its free cash flow forecast for 2025, attributing the change to a decrease in one-time expenses associated with its efficiency program. Initially projected at EUR 240 to 260 million, these expenses are now expected to range between EUR 170 and 190 million. Furthermore, a significant portion of these costs will impact financials only in the first quarter of 2026, deviating from the original plan.

As a result, the Executive Board has revised the free cash flow outlook to EUR 600 to 700 million, up from the previous EUR 400 to 550 million forecast. Cost savings from the efficiency efforts are anticipated to remain steady at approximately EUR 140 to 150 million. KION GROUP AG plans to release its full Q3 2025 results on 30 October 2025.
